My wife and I purchased a bank repossessed home that needed almost a year and a half worth of work to complete. I contacted Scott in early Feb 07 to begin the process of closing. I was way too early to start the closing process. The project took longer than I expected. Scott Batt was very professional and patient. He stood by me during the last 9 months of construction. This was the company for me. He kept in-touch with me when other Mortgage Brokers didn't. They lost my business. He also taught me some real estate tricks I would have never known. He also helped me with a great rate.
